| Laughing in the Cabin Quilt Retreat April 13, 14 & 15, 2012 Colleen Blackwood hosts this retreat at Mazama Country Inn, located in Mazama, WA, at the edge of Pasayten wilderness, with the North Cascade Mountains as a backdrop. The lodgings are private and comfortable; there is a sauna, hot tub and the walkways are covered. It is a smoke free establishment, and there are no phones or tv. The meals provided are delicious! Her goal is to make your quilting experience an enjoyable and stress free time. Laughing Lizzies Patterns are her personal designs. Creating beautiful quilts with traditional block designs and dazzling color choices is her trademark. The highlight of her quilting year is getting to teach at the annual Quilter's Affair in Sisters, Oregon. Plan on a very laid back approach to projects- feel free to sew whatever pleases you. Register early to reserve your room! Prices includes meals, lodging and teaching fees. Single Room Occupancy - $350 Double Occupancy - $325 Three or more - $300 A deposit of $100 is needed to reserve your space. Deposit is refundable until January 31, 2012. After that date, refunds will not be available. Registration may be transferred prior to retreat dates. Payment in full required by March 25, 2012. All rooms have private bathes with showers or tubs. Check in noon on Friday, April 13. If you wish to spend an extra day at the Inn, please contact them individually. Mazama Country Inn will serve dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Meals are served family style.
